YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE FIT AND FLEXIBLE TO BE ABLE TO DO YOGA! YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE!

There has been a lot of people whose first yoga session was with me, and I heard “I’m not fit enough to do yoga” a lot of times. This is just a perception by yoga’s being popular and seeing a lot of beautiful pictures edited. So, let me explain a litt bit 😊 The bodies in the pictures you have seen by now might seem to be fit and flexible to you. The main reason for this is that when you do yoga, your body gets shaped and your muscles get more flexible. But, these are the results of yoga, not reasons to do yoga.

So what do you need to do yoga? Nothing! Just your willingness 😊. None of the yoga instructors who believe in yoga philosophy will reject you if you say you don’t have money but want to do yoga. You also don’t need to be in anywhere specific. Moreover, you don’t need any equipment either. Yoga starts with your body and continues with your mind. All the physical obstacles you say are actually not the things that prevent you from doing yoga. These are just the excuses that your lovely mind comes up with. So, move your ass, do yoga, and control your mind! I want to remind you again: everyone’s body is different from each other, and no one has all the muscles too flexible. This is the fact! For example, my hamstring muscles are not very flexible in spite of all my years practising yoga. The important thing is to know this and respect it.

The most significant thing you should remember is that WHAT MATTERS IS NOT HOW YOU LOOK, BUT HOW YOU FEEL.
